The couple met while competing on Survivor: All-Stars, got engaged during the show's reunion in 2004 and wed a year later
Survivor power couple "Boston" Rob Mariano and Amber Mariano are celebrating 21 years of marriage.
Rob, 50, marked the relationship milestone on Thursday, April 16, by posting a video compilation of moments throughout the couple's time together, spanning from when they competed on Survivor: All-Stars to their destination wedding in the Bahamas, and beyond.
"21 Years! ♥️ 🏝️ #TheUltimateAlliance," Rob captioned his nostalgic Instagram reel, referring to his and Amber's partnership on the long-running CBS series. He chose "Baby" by Justin Bieber as the background music.

Rob met Amber, 47, while competing on Survivor: All-Stars. He proposed to her during the show's live reunion in 2004. The pair tied the knot the following year in 2005, and their wedding was televised in the special Rob and Amber Get Married. They went on to compete together on Survivor: Winners at War and two seasons of The Amazing Race, and filmed a 10-episode series titled Rob & Amber: Against the Odds.
The couple share four daughters: Lucia, 16, Carina, 15, Isabetta, 13 and Adelina, 11.

During an exclusive interview for PEOPLE's 2026 Love Week, Rob reflected on his reality TV romance-turned-forever love, sharing that his first impression of Amber was that she was "hot" and he "needed an alliance."
The Traitors star credits his long-term marriage to "strong family values and not forgetting why we formed an alliance in the first place" and thanks Survivor for connecting them. He said, "The show gave us each other and our four girls."

Speaking to PEOPLE in May 2024, Rob said that his relationship with Amber works because they both share the same priorities.
"We dedicate everything to our family," he said. "That's what this is all about."
